The role
The role will entail asset securitisation with a wide range of asset classes, including residential mortgages, commercial property, auto-loans, leases, consumer loans and swap receivables originated across Europe. In addition, the ideal candidate will be interested in and have experience of derivative documentation and practice, the development of new products and the use of collateral techniques to manage risk in derivative transactions. The team has advised extensively in relation to the development of equity and credit derivative products as well as insurance-related derivatives, advising a number of leading financial institutions and end-users who are active in this area.
